RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Returns

You can return most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery.  You are responsible for paying the return postage. All items must be new and unopened. You are responsible for paying the return postage. A refund will be issued once the product has been received and inspected usually within 48 hours of receipt.  If the product is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear and tear you will get a full refund minus original shipping cost and return shipping costs if we provided a prepaid return label.  If the product is received damaged and or in opened condition a restocking fee will be applied.


Order Cancellations

We will gladly cancel orders if we receive the cancellation request prior to shipping.  Once an order is packaged and enters our fulfillment network it can no longer be cancelled.  You will receive a full refund if your order can be cancelled prior to shipping.  Some orders are processed quickly so once an order is placed we cannot always honor a cancellation request even if requested soon after you place the order.  If we receive a cancellation request after an order has entered our fulfillment network please refuse the package at time of delivery.  Once the package is returned to us you will receive a refund minus shipping costs.  


Missing items from order

If you are missing items from your order Please contact us at [email protected]  We will send out any missing items to you within 48 hours of receiving your email.  Please contact us within 15 days of delivery of your order for any issues.


Defective items

If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us at [email protected].  Please attach a picture of the defect or damage.  We will send you a prepaid return label and send you a replacement.  If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund.  You must contact us within 15 days of delivery of your order.


Custom Items

All sales are final on custom items unless there is a defect
